Meet The Team

Natalka Semotiuk

Filmmaker

Natalka Semotiuk is a Toronto-based filmmaker that has worked in the entertainment industry for over 15 years.

 

Most notably, she was the producer of the Toronto International Film Festival's prestigious Rising Stars Programme for the 2017, 2018 and 2019 festivals. 

​

Along with working on Solomia, Natalka also co-founded The Profiles Project, a digital hub for creative professionals with access to resources, contacts, and the latest industry news.

Andy Semotiuk

Author

Andy is the author of Solomea, an upcoming biography of the world-celebrated opera icon, Solomea Krushelnytska.

He is an author, public speaker and Forbes correspondent. 

​

He is a U.S. and Canadian Immigration attorney and has helped over 10,000 clients.

​

He is a member of the New York and California bars in the United States and Ontario and BC bars in Canada.

​

He is also a former U.N. Correspondent and works for Pace Law Firm in Toronto.

Ann Semotiuk

Executive Producer

 Ann Semotiuk is the president of Black-Acre Asset Management Ltd, a Toronto-based real estate company.

 

Previously she had a long career in public health administration as the Director of Home Care for the City of Edmonton and then as Director of Client Services for CCAC, a community health care organization in Toronto.

​

She is VP of the board of the Ukrainian  Canadian Care Centre, VP Administration for the Ukrainian Canadian Congress Toronto branch and past President of Ukrainian Canadian Social Services-Toronto.
